1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 c. water
2 c. bread cubes (no crust)
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 T. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon rind

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sit in pan in hot water in oven and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
