2 large eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. milk
nutmeg to flavor
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. seedless raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, salt and sugar slightly together. Scald the milk and add egg mixture slowly. Mix in rice, raisins and vanilla. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and set in pan of water 1 inch deep. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve warm with cream.
