2 tubes of crescent rolls
2 pkg. of 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened at room temp.
8 oz. lite sour cream
1 pkg. ranch powdered dressing
assorted veggies ( I use carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, onion, black olives & mushrooms)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Unroll crescent rolls & smash them out pressing all seams together to create 1 large pizza crust on your greased cookie sheet. Bake according to package, until golden brown. Mix cream cheese, sour cream & 3/4 pkg. of ranch (more or less if you'd like) together until smooth. Take crescent "crust" out of the oven & cool completely on cookie sheet. Chop up all veggies into tiny pieces.Once crust has cooled, spread with cream cheese mixture, sprinkle veggies & shredded cheese over the top of pizza. Cut into small squares.
