2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup lard
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in lard until mixture crumbles. Add milk. Drop onto greased cookie sheet or greased muffin cups (2/3 full). Bake in very hot oven (450) 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve at once.
