2 cups flour 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup melted butter 1 cup pecans 2/3 cup butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 cup chocolate chips
Mix first three ingredients. Press into 9x13 inch ungreased pan. Do not bake. Spread pecans over crust. Boil butter and brown sugar 1/2 - 1 minute. Pour over pecans and bake 18-22 minutes at 350º. Remove from oven and sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips over hot bars. Let stand to soften, and spread with a knife.
