1-3/4 cup sugar
2 cups flour
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup cold water
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon soda
2 eggs, beaten

FROSTING:
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup cocoa
1/3 cup buttermilk
1 pound powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together sugar, flour and cocoa. Bring to boil water, margarine and salad oil. Pour over sugar mixture. Beat. Add buttermilk, soda and eggs. Beat well. Bake in greased jelly roll pan for 18 minutes at 400.

FROSTING: Bring to boil the margarine, cocoa and buttermilk. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Spread on warm brownies.
