1/4 cup baking cocoa
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine cocoa and oil until smooth. In another bowl, beat eggs. Add the sugar, vanilla and cocoa mixture; mix well. Stir in flour and salt until moistened. Fold in walnuts.

Pour into a greased 8 in square baking pan; sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
