1 1/4 lb. salmon fillet
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
2 tsp. teriyaki sauce or soy sauce
3 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp wasabi powder
1/2 English cucumber
1 large head Romaine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Toasted Sesame Seeds

Preheat oven to 350º
Line cookie sheet with foil.

Cut salmon into 2" cubes and put in ziploc bag with all sauce ingredients to coat - spread on cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes.

Combine salad and use favorite salad dressing on greens. Top with warm fish and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
