18 whole mild green chilies (canned)
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
5 large eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Remove seeds from chilies and stuff with sliced Monterey Jack cheese. Beat eggs. Add milk, thickened with flour. Salt and pepper to taste. Make a layer of chilies in well greased casserole. Pour 1/2 of egg mixture over chilies and sprinkle grated cheese over, then repeat. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
