2 cups shredded cooked chicken (may use drained canned)
1 1/2 cups celery
1 cup croutons seasoned (your choice)
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 1/2 tsp. grated parmesan cheese
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbs lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup crunched potato chips
1cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a crock pot, combine 1st 5 ingredients. Toss together to mix. In sm. bowl mix next 3 ingredients. Stir until well blended. Pour over chicken mixture. Stir and coat thoroughly. Cover and cook on low 2-3 hours. Sprinkle with chips and cheese. Turn to high and cook 20 min. more to melt cheese.
