24-32 oz frozen broccoli cuts
1/2 stick butter
2-3 cans mushroom soup
4 tsp. grated onion
1 cup uncooked rice
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix broccoli, butter, soup, onion, and rice in crockpot. Top with cubed Velveeta. Cook on low 4-6 hours.
