1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
small bowl- 3 eggs- beat until thick and lemon colored. Beat in 2 cups of sugar.

Directions:
Directions:
Add dry ingredients-alternating with 1/2 cup of water and 1 tsp. vanilla. Grease and wax paper in bottom of cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 -15 mins. Turn out on towel that has been sprinkled heavily with powdered sugar roll up(long way). Trim edges. Put on tray. Fold strawberries into cool whip and layer mixture in between cake and on top of cake.
