2 lbs (about 6 C.) Summer Squash sliced or cubed
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup onion
3/4 cup french onion rings,
1 cup Grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer squash with salt for 10 minutes.
Drain off water.
Butter casserole dish & fill bottom of dish with raw onions, add squash & mushrooms, pepper, grated cheese
Bake 325 oven for 30 minutes.
