2 Eggs
1/4 Tsp salt
1 Cup cooked rice
2 Cups Milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of cinnamon or nutmeg
1/3 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well. Add milk, salt & sugar. Stir in rice & vanilla. Turn mixture into baking dish. Shake cinnamon or nutmeg on top. Bake 30 minutes. 350 oven. Grease casserole dish.
Warm milk first.
