14-oz bag caramels 1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup Crisco 1 Devil's food cake mix (mix as directed on package 1-1/2 cup nuts
Heat caramels, condensed milk and Crisco. Spread half of the cake batter in 9x13 greased pan. Bake 15-20 minutes. Take out of oven and spread caramel mixture and the other half of the cake batter on top. Top with 1-1/2 cups nuts. Bake another 20 minutes (approximately).
