2/3 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups oatmeal
12-oz chocolate chips
6-oz butterscotch chips
2/3 cup peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine, peanut butter and brown sugar in saucepan. Add vanilla. Pour mixture over oatmeal. Stir and press in 9x13 inch pan. Bake 12 minutes at 350. Melt chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Pour over crust. Cut into bars when cool. (Butterscotch chips may be omitted).
