1/2 cup butter
2 cups whipping cream
2 cloves garlic - coarsely chopped
salt to taste
white pepper to taste
Italian parsley chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the butter in a saucepan, over low heat. Add garlic and simmer for 1 - 2 minutes. Add cream, stir and bring to a boil. Add salt, pepper and parsley. Stir well and remove from heat. Serve over your favorite pasta.
