20 cups popped popcorn
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In an 8 cup bowl, mix brown sugar, light corn syrup and butter. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes or until bubbly. Then boil 3 minutes more, stirring after every 1 minute. Add baking soda, salt and vanilla. Stir well. (It will foam up). Put popcorn in a large paper bag. Pour syrup mixture over popcorn in bag. Shake. Put in microwave for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes on high. Shake after each minute. Pour onto 2 cookie sheets to cool. Store in a dry place.
