1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant vanilla flavor pudding mix
2 cups (1 pint) whipping cream, whipped
36 vanilla wafers
3 mediums bananas, sliced and dipped in lemon juice

In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and water. Add pudding mix, beat well. Chill 5 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon 1 cup pudding mixture into 2 1/2 qt. glass serving bowl. Top with 1/3 each of the wafers, bananas, and pudding. Repeat layering twice, ending with pudding. Cover; shill. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 8-10 servings.

**Note: Mixture can be layered in individual serving dishes
