1 chicken
3 carrots
1 lg onion
4 celery stalks
1 can chicken broth
2 lg cans of mushrooms
2 pkg. lipton dried veg. soup mix
2 cans chedder cheese soup
1/2 lb wild rice

Directions:
Directions:
Put enough water in pot to cover chicken, add onions, carrots and celery.Bring to a boil; reduce heat to a simmer and cook until meat falls off bones. De-bone add meat back to broth add all other ingredients. Simmer. Rinse 1/2 lb wild rice 3 times till water runs clear. Add to soup. Simmer 20 min. Add more water if you desire.
