1 lb fresh pea pods
1 T oil
1t soy sauce
1 clove garlic - minced
5 oz bamboo shoots
5 oz water chestnuts - sliced
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 c boiling water
1 t cornstarch
1 t cold water

Directions:
Directions:
In a preheated pan, place oil, soy sauce and garlic. Add peas, bamboo shoots and chestnuts. Toss and cook over high heat for 1 min. Dissolve chicken cubs in boiling water, add to peas and cook over medium heat for 4 minutes. Add cornstarch (mixed with water) and stir until sauce thickens.
