1 lb Lean Ground Beef or Lamb
1/2 Cup Uncooked Rice
1 Small Finely Chopped Onion
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
1 Egg
2 8oz Cans Tomato Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, rice, onions, egg and seasonings. With hands, shape into small meatballs. Add to crock pot with tomato soup. Cook on low for 6 hours.
