1 Small head Cabbage 1 Lb Lean Ground Beef 1 Onion Chopped 1/2 Cup Uncooked Minute Rice 1 Can Condensed Tomato Soup 1 Can Water
Shred cabbage and place in greased baking dish sprayed with Pam. Stir in rice (uncooked) brown beef and onion together and layer on top of cabbage and rice. Mix soup and water together and pour over entire casserole. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 1 hour add more water if needed.
