1 lb. Sausage cooked and drained 8 Bread Slices 4 Eggs 2 Cups Milk 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese 1 Small Can Mushroom Soup
Grease 9x13' baking dish. Line with bread slices ( may need more or less then 8) Beat 4 Eggs well; add 2 cups milk and mix very well. Pour over bread. Sprinkle crumbled sausage over it. Put in bridge over night. Next morning spread on top with mushroom soup and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 1 1/2 Hours on 300º
