10 Cups Ground Zucchini
4 Cups Onion
2 Red and 2 Green Sweet Peppers
5 Tbsp. Salt
3 Cups Vinegar
4 1/2 Cups Sugar
2 Tsp Celery Seed
1 Tsp Pepper
2 Tsp Corn Starch
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Nutmeg
1 Tsp Dry Mustard
1 Tsp Tumeric

Directions:

Mix first 4 ingredients together grind and sprinkle with salt. Let stand over night, in morning drain rinse and drain again. Put spices in a cloth and tie up so spices will not boil out. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and the zucchini mixture and let cook for 30 minutes. Seal in jars.
