Ingredients:  
1 can crab meat or 1/2 lb. fresh cooked crab

1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 oz. cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1 tsp chopped green onion
1/4 tsp mustard
dash of salt and pepper


Directions:

Mix all ingredients together, add crab meat and spread on split french rolls. Broil open face for about 3 minutes.
