2 cup flour
1 t pepper
2 &1/2 t seasoning salt
2 egg
2 c milk
4 boneless skinless chicken breast
2 c oil
1/2 c hot sauce ( Franks )
3 T real butter

Directions:
Directions:
combine flour, salt, pepper in a medium bowl. In small bowl whisk eggs, milk. cut each breast into 7 to 9 pieces. Dip each piece in the egg mixture then into the flour repeat this step. Place on cookie sheet and place in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Start to heat oil cook chicken for 5 to 7 minutes till done. while chicken is cooking mix Hot Sauce and butter in large bowl when chicken is done place in hot sauce mix and coat. The hotter you want the wings the less butter you use. milder wings more butter.
