Squash, butter, salt, pepper

©Wash a Squash, cut both ends off, put in small bowl. Add a lot of butter, salt and pepper and put in Microwave for 2 minutes. Slice in half, long ways and place on plate like a potato.

You get all the nutrients and none of the trouble and time. Microwaves are wonderful as are Squash. I think I invented this dish.
