2 lbs hamburger
1-1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
3 tablespoon curing salt
1 tablespoon mustard seed
1 tablespoon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. In foil, with shiny side toward meat, make 2 or 3 rolls. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Make holes in foil and place on rack in pan. Bake at 325 for 1-1/2 hours.
