1 cup milk
2 tablespoons non-fat dry milk
1/2 cup warm water
3/4 cup sugar

1 cup non-fat dry milk
1/3 cup boiling water
3 tablespoons butter
2/3 cup sugar
pinch of salt

Combine milk and water in double boiler. Stir in sugar. Stir until dissolved.


Combine non-fat dry milk, boiling water, butter, sugar and pinch of salt. Mix in blender.
