2 packages crescent rolls
3/4 cup salad dressing
16 oz cream cheese
1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
3/4 cup green pepper
3/4 cup tomatoes
3/4 cup mushrooms
3/4 cup broccoli
3/4 cup onion
3/4 cup carrots
3/4 cup cauliflower
shredded cheddar cheese

Cover bottom of large jelly roll pan with rolls. Bake at 350 oven for 7-8 minutes. Cool. Choose any or all vegetables above and chop fine. Combine cream cheese, salad dressing and dressing mix. Spread over rolls. Arrange vegetables over cream cheese and press down slightly. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Chill 2 hours. Cut into bars.
