2 cup water
1 cup flour
1 cup salt
4 teaspoon cream of tartar
food coloring of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Blends all five ingredients in a 2-quart saucepan. Heat (medium) until mixture starts to bubble, stirring constantly. When mixture starts to thicken and form ball in pan (5-7 minutes), pour out onto heat-safe counter or cutting board. Knead until soft and smooth. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
