4 eggs
1 cup oil
1/2 cup warm milk
1 small can of pumpkin
3 cups sugar
1 cup nuts and/or raisins
3 1/2 flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together - set aside. Mix eggs, oil, milk, pumpkin, and sugar until mixture is creamy. Add all dry ingredients to mixture. Mix until well blended, then add nuts or raisins. Grease and flour (I use Pam w/baking flour) 2 loaf pans - 9x5x3" and bake at 350 for one hour. For holiday sharing, you may use round coffee cans for baking.
