1 cup canola oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. raw apples, peeled and diced
1 c. pecan pieces
1 (6 oz.) package butterscotch morsels

Mix eggs, sugar, and oil together. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon alternately with raw apples. Add pecans and pour into greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with butterscotch morsels and bake for 55-60 minutes at 350.
