4-5 lb. boneless pork or beef roast
1/2 c. water
1 onion, sliced or chopped
1- 16 oz. bottle barbecue sauce
buns or French bread

Directions:
Directions:
Cook roast with water in crock pot on low heat 10 to 12 hours. Remove. Slice thin. Return to crock pot. Add onion & barbecue sauce. Cook on low for another 4-6 hours. Serve on buns or French bread.

This is great for a crowd at the lake. Guests can help themselves when they are hungry. Make plenty or the last ones may find an empty pot.
