"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

*Recipe of Edith Nelson submitted by daughter Thora Halvorson Note from Jackie: I was so happy to see that Uncle Selmer was in this picture. Mom said her and dad just thought he was the greatest! She has told me so many cute stories about the things he would say about baby diapers, eggs (he didn't like eggs, they made him sick to his stomach.) Mom said he loved to come over to play with us kids. Uncle Selmer had Down's Syndrome. I must've been pretty young when he passed away, but the stories of his child like innocence and the way he looked at the world make me wish so badly that I had been old enough to know him. Jackie
