Directions:
Directions:
Wash lutefisk and remove skin and fins. Cut into serving size pieces, salt moderately, place in baking pan and bake in a 400 oven for about 20 minutes. This time duration can vary slightly, depending on the temperature of the fish to start with. Serve with melted butter or cream sauce.
