1 box white or yellow cake mix 6 cups rhubarb 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 cup cream
Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Pour into 9 x 13 " cake pan. Mix rhubarb and sugar together and pour over cake mix. Pour cream over that. Bake 50 minutes or until done at 350 degrees. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
