Directions:
Dissolve 6 T. yeast in 3/4 cup warm water with 1 tsp. sugar. Scald milk. Add sugar, salt, cooking oil, water, eggs and approximately 5 cups water. Beat with mixer until smooth. Add yeast and mix well. Let rest for 10 minutes. Add rest of flour a little at a time. When too hard to stir, mix flour in with hands. Leave dough a little sticky. You might not need all the flour called for. Let rise until double in size. Knead and make into loaves or rolls. Makes good carmel rolls or cinnamon twists.
