Ingredients:
2 lbs. wings (not frozen)
1 c. Frank'sİ Hot Sauce
4 T. Butter (more if you like very mild)
1 t. granulated garlic
1 t. kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper

frying oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat frying oil to 360ş. Let wings come to room temp. Pat dry with paper towels.

Heat hot sauce, butter, granulated garlic, salt and pepper until butter is melted and everything is well blended. Place sauce in a bowl with a tight fitting lid. (An old ice cream container works nicely)

Fry wings for 12-14 minutes, depending on the size, until crispy and brown. Allow excess oil to drain away from the wings for about 30 seconds. Place wings into the bowl with the sauce, place lid on tightly, and shake until wings are thoroughly coated with sauce.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Work in batches. Do not overload the fryer.

Hot Sauce can be substituted with BBQ sauce. Open Pitİ is great on wings.

For a great smoky flavor, place sauced wings on charcoal grill until char marks appear.
