1- 8 oz. pkg cream cheese (softened in large bowl)
1 large can of chunk pineapple (drained and save juice)
1 pint of whipping cream
1 bag of large marshmallows.

Directions:
Directions:
Place cream cheese in bowl to soften, then add pineapple juice slowly whipping as you add. Do not make it too soupy. Cut marshmallows in 1/4's (whole package) and add drained pineapple. Stir into cream cheese mixture, making sure they are well coated. You may refrigerator for later if you wish. Whip cream, sprinkle with a little sugar and add to marshmallows and pineapple. Stir and fold in well.
