8 oz. fresh bleu cheese crumbles
1/2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1/2 c. sour cream
1 t. granulated garlic
2 dashes red wine vinegar
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Mix all ingredients together, at least 1 hour prior to serving. Overnight is best.
