2 egg yolks
2 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. flour
6 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Belgian waffle maker. Mix all ingredients except egg whites in a large bowl. Beat on low until moistened. Increase speed to medium, mix until smooth. By hand, gently fold in beaten egg whites.
