1-3/4 c. sugar1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 Tablespoon flour
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 TBS lemon juice
2 -1/2 lbs. very soft cream cheese[ 5 8 Oz. pkgs]
5 eggs unbeaten plus 2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. heavy cream or milk

Directions:

Line spring form pan with graham crust

Beat cream cheese, sugar and flour together. Add lemon juice, peek and vanilla.Beat until smooth and fluffy
Add eggs one at a time and beat well
Stir in milk

Bake 325 degrees about 60-70- minutes
will set up when cool,
Refrigerate when cool
