11/2 C. Sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c oil
2 c. grated zucchini
3 c flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix dry ingredient, Then add to wet ingredients

Use 2 medium or 3 small loaf pans , greased/floured

Bake 350 degree over for 45-60 minutes depending on size of pans
