2 cloves garlic
1 medium onion minced
1 Tbs fresh basil
1 Tbs fresh parsley
1 Tbs fresh rosemary

1/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
3 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
Frozen pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie crust for 10 minutes at 375F. Saute olive oil, garlic and onion. Add basil, parsley and rosemary. Meanwhile, mix together eggs, sour cream, heavy cream, salt and pepper. Fill the crust by layering. Start with egg mixture. Add onion mixture, then zucchini then egg again. Finish with egg mixture. Bake at 400 F for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 350F for 10 to 20 minutes more. When it's firm, it's ready and looks beautiful and puffed up. This will sink down later.
