1/4 Cup soft butter
5 sliced peaches
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon Powder
1/2 Cup sugar
1/4-1/2 Cup sugar
1 Cup sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 Cup milk





Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook peaches with cinnamon and sugar until a bit soft to the touch. Cream butter, sugar until light and fluffy. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and add to creamed mixture alternating the with milk. Beat until smooth. Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Spoon cooked peaches over batter. Bake 45-50 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
