1 lb. of ground turkey
1 Tbsp. of olive oil
1 onion chopped
1 pkg. of Zataran's Red Beans and Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in the olive oil and brown turkey with the onions. Set aside. Cook red beans and rice as directed on the package and the last 5 minutes before the rice is totally done, add the turkey and onions. It is a wonderfully flavored dish. Tony loves it. It is also pretty quick to make.
