1 pkg. peach jello (or strawberry jello)
2 cups water
Fresh peaches (or strawberries)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice peaches and put in ready made crust.
Mix together 2 cups cold water, pudding and jello in a pot. It is very important that the water is cold and not boiling hot or you will be sorry. Cook jello mixture just till it begins to boil. This is your clear jell. Let cool till room temperature and then pour over fruit pie and chill. This can be made with sugar free pudding and jello, just be sure it is the cook pudding and not instant.

Personal Notes:
Works with all fresh fruits. I tried lemon jello once and it tasted fine but it wasn't the most attractive jell. Could work for Halloween though.
