2 cups flour
1 can old Milwaukee beer
1/2 cup frying magic
2 drops red hot
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. minced garlic
Fish fillets -(Okeechobee perch:walley, etc)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir until smooth, but not runny. Then let set. Add more or less beer or water if needed. Heat fry daddy to 375 or hottest. Carefully drop fish into fryer:(I cut my fillets into bite size pieces) Cook till lightly brown, drain onto paper towel basket.
An Added Touch- after cooked, put fillets onto grill. It removes the fatty oils.
